We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing client relationships, and expanding the company's digital marketing services portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions and the ability to tailor them to meet client needs while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the growth of digital marketing services.
  • Identify and generate leads by targeting potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Present and pitch digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, etc.) to clients based on their business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals and managing contracts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop customized digital marketing packages that meet client requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage a team of sales executives, setting goals, providing guidance, and monitoring performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting performance and growth areas.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to effectively communicate with clients and recommend solutions.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4-6 years) in sales, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience managing sales teams and providing mentorship and leadership.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
