JOB Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and working collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and business directories.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiations and closing.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Monitor industry developments and stay up to date with product knowledge and business insights.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients in a professional manner to secure long-term business relationships.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, client needs, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
