Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create compelling content for promotional materials.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to create content that ranks well on search engines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new ideas and strategies into content creation.
  • Manage and update content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Ensure brand voice consistency across all written materials.
  • Conduct thorough research to produce factual and accurate information.
  • Track content performance and adapt strategies to improve results.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role, with a portfolio of published articles or digital content.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and the ability to implement them in content.
  • Experience in creating content for various industries and platforms (e.g., blogs, social media, websites, emails).
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent research skills to gather reliable data for producing accurate content.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, etc.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt tone and style based on project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of graphic design or basic visual content creation is a plus.
